I’d like to take a moment to acknowledge that we’ve once again reached that point where things got harder. That’s right. It happens. Evil kicks into high gear and the level of nastiness increases.
When this happens, take a moment and repeat after me: “It’s just exercise.” Make sure you’re scaling to a level appropriate to you. Adjust the weights. Adjust the reps. Adjust the movements. Adjust it so that one day you don’t have to adjust it because you strategized in a super awesome way for the long haul… because that’s the point – getting fit for life.

We all thought yesterday’s workout was too easy!
I am so happy today is a rest day… For some reason us 7pm people found the workout quite difficult.
Eric-today’s wod seems to make up for yesterday AM’s easy work out. So many sit ups, I’m hoping not to laugh or sneeze for the next couple of days.
