The skill work called for front walkovers today. Honestly, I didn’t think anyone could do one. And maybe nobody can but we now know that at least one person can do a front handspring. Very cool.
Expect to see a 21,15,9 soon with handsprings in it. Let’s see. What would pair well with handsprings? Deadlifts?
Also, kick straight down at the end when you do kipping knees to elbows and kipping toes to bar – it kills the “over swing” and/or the need to pause and do a recovery kip.
